It’s Saturday and – despite the fact that I haven’t been doing this regularly – it’s time to look back at three beautiful things from the past week.
1. I got to spend several days of low-key, quality time with my closest friends.
2. Getting to spend a day in the Adirondacks was even better than I had anticipated. There is something about the air in the mountains – and it’s wonderful, piney smell – that makes me so relaxed.
3. I took my first yoga class in about four years today. I was glad to discover that I do have some muscle memory for it – and that I still like it. Of course, I may not be able to walk tomorrow!
