109-115/365: Seasonal Confusion (and a Giant)

I managed to take a photo every day this week and I’m actually posting on Sunday like I planned. Yeah, me!

My blogging goal for this week is to try to eke out a few more posts involving writing (something more than just intros and captions), since I’ve been coasting on this Project 365 thing a bit overmuch, I think. Or, maybe I am just thinking in images these days rather than words. It’s hard to say. At any rate, fingers crossed…

LOVE the dogwood! Saw them driving through TN, then got home and there weren’t even buds on the trees. Having just returned from Canada (where it snowed, oh, and the floods were over the highway and made ND look like the everglades), our trees are now coated in little green tufts that hint of Spring. Your photos encourage me that the blooms will come. Oh, and your middle nephew’s allergies are in full swing – the biggest clue that Spring is arriving.

Completely unrelated, but a huge TBT list maker: your middle nephew is the first in our household to be FULLY TOILET TRAINED!!!! Applaud him, please.

@ Sweetpea — once again, your photos are outstanding — except for the doll lamp — wierd. Remember your doll lamp? It sure looks a lot nicer than that (I still have it, BTW). Bring your wellies to Bing — may need them. This recent HOT spell is going to go away — they are pomising.

@ CL — I know to say it is too hot too soon will make you run for the loo, but…..truly while on one hand,it feels so good, it really is too soon. The trees are all blossoming at once and I’m afraid the darlings will freeze this coming weekend. It am NOT complaining NOR have I turned on my AC — that would be a SIN in April!!!

@ Lil Mr. “S” — way to go guy!!!! I am bringing my hands together for you. Can you hear me??? CLAP, CLAP, CLAP!!!
Now, a job for you: get going & put some pressure on your bros — you can do it and Mommy will be even happier than she is now 🙂
