57-63/365: A Contradictory Week

Well, looky here… I am finally caught up on my photo-a-day postings. (I guess that’s the upside of all my free time from being sick, eh?)  I’m gonna try to stay a bit more on top of them going forward, though I kinda doubt I’ll manage to get back to doing them every day. Maybe this once-a-week recap is the way to go. Thoughts? Preferences? Anyone desperately miss seeing the pictures as they happen?

February 26: In order to get a bit more quiet, I moved workspaces -- and landed back in what was, 10 years ago, my first office. And, stranger still, the desk was from my former office on the 4th floor. Freaky!

February 27, part 2: ... a group of pre-schoolers being walked past my office carrying a rope to keep them together.

I skipped Saturday, since I was feeling lousy and barely left the house all day.

March 1: Being sick all weekend did have one benefit -- I finally finished the Jaywalker socks.

March 2: I have to admit that, by Monday, the signs of spring were a little less sure -- we had our largest snowfall all winter.

March 3: This being March in the Mid-Atlantic, though, the snow got to melting straightaway.

March 4: And by yesterday, the snow was already 3/4 gone.

Love the socks, crocuses, and super-neat / uncluttered desk!!! At least if it’s not “warm” yet here (youngest now refuses a coat as it’s hit 40 the past 2 days), your photos just may inspire me to start spring cleaning. It will be so very necessary his year, as (thus far) it wasn’t the kids that got the pukes & trots, it was one of the dogs. Pet owners, I have learned that there is an injection that will stop your dog’s projectile emissions from both ends, and it works!
