13/365: A Tree Grows…

I again spent today trapped in my apartment because of this cold. Tomorrow, I think I will be heading back to work, so there’s a chance of a more exciting photo.

Today’s entry in my 2009 photo-a-day project.

How are the other four to six plants I left with you / saddled you with? Of the six or so I brought here, I think they are all dead, so you are doing better than I.

    Hugs

Hope you are back to life today, Hon. So, the chicken soup was not the cure-all? Maybe this cold weather will just freeze it away 🙂
3 degrees here this morning and a -15 WC. Germs should not stand a chance! I know your part of the country is not this cold, but nevertheless, cold for there too.

It was -17 without windchill when I dropped the kids at school Tuesday, and it’s supposed to be colder tomoroow. The superintendant of schools has let us know that school would not close / would be open tomorrow; however, if a child was absent from class it would be excused. Your nephews are definitely from around here, as they insisted on sledding off the deck today (after all, it was a “balmy” -5 without windchill). I made them come in b/c I needed to be out with them in this weather and my legs stung so very much I couldn’t take it. It is indeed germ-killing weather…wanna come out for a visit???
