My DC: Hidden on the Hill

This week’s installment of the My DC photo project features one of Capitol Hill’s hidden gems — Le Bon Café.

Hidden on the Hill

I’ve never been to Paris, but I like to tell myself that it’s full of cute little cafés like this, which happens to be one of my favorite breakfast places. Their specialty — at least as far as I am concerned — is the fruit crisp, which rarely lasts past 10 a.m. (Which clearly means I am not alone in finding it irresistible.) It’s certainly not the healthiest way to start a weekend morning, but it is absolutely one of the tastiest.

*I am sure that actual Parisian cafés are actually much better, or at least that the French believe this to be the case.

Updated to add: I just checked my RSS feeds, and I now see that MsP has decided to join us in the My DC madness. If you’re looking to get a full, insider view of DC, keep an eye on her, project originator Hillary, sprite, and randomduck. It’s almost like living here, I tell ya…

Woo! I was going to leave you a trackback, but I couldn’t figure out the URL. Is it just http://PostURL/trackback?

MsP, all I do to get the trackback is make a link with the post URL in it and it usually creates it automatically. It doesn’t always work, though, so I am not sure how useful that is as far as help goes.
