Wednesday Random Ten

I can’t quite believe a week has already gone by since I made the last edition this list in the Philly airport to pass the time. But then again, I can’t believe it’s almost September either, but my confused relationship with time is something for another post.

Here’s what my iPod is liking today–share yours in the comments if you wish:

  1. Gone, Brandi Carlile
  2. Worlds Apart, Bruce Springsteen
  3. Freedom is Coming Tomorrow, Original Broadway Cast, Sarafina
  4. Roam, The B-52’s
  5. Ties that Bind, Carol King (I copied her two greatest hits CDs from a friend, and my iPod loves them–much more than I do, to be honest. Even though these albums account for maybe 30 out of the 5,726 songs on my iPod, it’s been playing them about 3-4 times a day lately. I really only need maybe one a week.)
  6. Sweet the Sting, Tori Amos
  7. Growin’ Up, Bruce Springsteen
  8. Kite, Patty Griffin
  9. Poor Poor Pitiful Me, Warren Zevon
  10. Where Were You When I Needed You, The Bangles
