Starting off my 40th birthday with a quick glimpse of the sunrise out of my hotel room window, followed by several more hours of sleep, and then enhanced with a friend delivering a hot, fresh latte to my hotel room is about as good a beginning as a girl could want.

Up next, beach time. And later on, we’ll head up to Sunrise for the Caps game tonight. Not a bad day at all!

Dude I’m checking out the blog on the iPad and it’s all jazzy. Did you do that or did the iPad? Either way, Happy Birthday!! Love you and wish I was there

@ Eileen. The iPad thing is a free “enhancement” which you HAVE to endure for a couple of weeks (the OnSwipe thing) and then it gives you a couple of tabs at the bottom & you can opt to go back to the old way. I went back because you get to see the other blog features too. Sarah had nothing to do with that. Just Apple. 
